At Sri Pada Karyasiddhi Eshwara Swamy Devasthanam, a variety of spiritual activities are conducted with the spiritual growth, well-being of devotees, and welfare of society in mind. These activities are broadly organised into three categories: Daily Spiritual Activities, Festival & Occasion-Based Activities, and Naimittika or Lokakalyana Activities.
About the Seva
At Sri Pada Karyasiddhi Eshwara Swamy Devasthanam, a variety of spiritual activities are conducted with the spiritual growth, well-being of devotees, and welfare of society in mind. These activities are broadly organised into three categories: Daily Spiritual Activities, Festival & Occasion-Based Activities, and Naimittika or Lokakalyana Activities.
This three-fold classification helps devotees understand the spiritual activities conducted at the temple throughout the year and participate in the worship and seva that is appropriate to their needs and intentions.
1. Daily Spiritual Activities
The daily pujas, worship and traditional spiritual practices conducted regularly at the temple are classified as Nitya Karyakramas – Daily Spiritual Activities.
These include daily pujas, Abhishekams, Archana, Mantra Parayanam and other forms of worship performed according to the temple's spiritual traditions. Devotees may participate in these daily services for their personal prayers, Sankalpas and spiritual aspirations.
2. Festival & Occasion-Based Spiritual Activities
Special spiritual activities are conducted throughout the year in accordance with the festivals, sacred days and spiritually significant occasions observed during different months.
Depending on the significance of each festival or sacred occasion, the temple may conduct special Pujas, Abhishekams, Vrathams, Homams, Parayanams and other traditional forms of worship.
These activities provide devotees with an opportunity to experience the spiritual significance of important festivals and participate in the temple's sacred traditions along with their families.
3. Special & Lokakalyana Activities
The third category consists of Naimittika Karyakramas – special spiritual activities conducted on specific occasions, particularly with the intention of promoting the welfare of devotees and Lokakalyanam – the welfare of all.
These activities are not limited to individual or family Sankalpas. They are also undertaken with a broader prayer for the well-being of society and all beings. Such activities may include Yajnas, Yagas, Homams, special Parayanams and other spiritual practices.
The guiding spirit of these activities is the universal prayer:
“Sarve Janah Sukhino Bhavantu” – May all people be happy and well.
Through these spiritual activities, prayers are offered for peace, happiness, health, prosperity and the overall welfare of all.

From daily worship and regular Sevas to special festival observances and Lokakalyana activities conducted for the welfare of society, each programme provides devotees with an opportunity to connect with the temple's spiritual traditions.
Devotees can choose and participate in relevant Sevas according to their personal needs, Sankalpa and spiritual interests. Details regarding the dates, nature of the Seva, Sankalpa requirements and participation process for specific programmes will be made available through the temple.
